(ADPnews) - Sep 22, 2009 - Finnish drug developer Biotie Therapies Oyj (HEL:BTH1V) said today it has concluded a market making agreement with Nordea Bank Finland Plc.
The market making in accordance with the agreement will begin on September 24, 2009. After a six-month term, the market making agreement is valid until further notice. The term of notice of the agreement is one month.
Nordea Bank Finland will provide Biotie's share with bids and offers so that the maximum spread is 4% calculated from the bid quotation. Bids or offers include at least 4,000 shares and the value of the shares must correspond to at least EUR 4,000 (USD 5,886).
