WEALTH MEASURED IN MEMORIES.(MAIN)

At 90, S.J. ``Doc'' Dunn can't walk well, but come what may.

``For sure, I'm not going uphill, but I've had the last rites done over me three times already, so I'm all set,'' he said with a chuckle as he sat down and propped his oak cane against his worn, green plaid couch.

Only a modestly framed ``Day of Honor'' certificate for his service in the Merchant Marine hangs on the wall. He has two couches and some dining room chairs, but there is a lot of empty space in his flat on Wilkins Avenue near Tivoli Park.

He considers himself a rich man, though.

``I always had enough to keep a dollar in my pocket,'' Dunn said, retelling stories of dealing ice in 1930s Harlem, the days he spent …
